• Members are required to be signed up on our platform with valid documents and an active account.
• Points will be earned on all points mentioned in our Maslaha Rewards page which will continuously be updated.
• Admin reserves the right to hold any point(s) for any reason and notify member accordingly
• Minimum amount allowed for redemption is AED 25 and it’s equivalent in points
• Once redemption is processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Points cannot be transferred to another member.
• If a member’s account is deleted all points will be forfeited.
